Registration Procedure

Registration for the Postgraduate Course and the main meeting needs to be completed on two separate forms.

Complete the respective forms with all requested details and chose the desired registration/dinner combination. Payment may be made by either Credit/Debit Card or via the issue of an invoice. Registrants from within Imperial College may pay via an internal departmental transfer.

Those people who register as students will need to provide written proof from their host institution of their student status. This can be emailed to info@londonheartvalve.org.uk immediately after completing the registration form.

Accompanying persons who wish to purchase a ticket for the Conference Dinner need to complete a separate registration.

The number of places at the Dinner is strictly limited and it is strongly recommended that you purchase tickets in advance of the meeting. Any tickets remaining will be made available for purchase at the Conference.
